  • PetsDaraz currently provides shipping services across Pakistan through TCS Courier Service.
  • We are pleased to offer Free Delivery Nationwide, and no additional delivery charges are applied to your order.
  • All orders are processed and shipped on 4-5 working days only.
  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your city and courier operations. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

At PetsDaraz, customer satisfaction is important to us. We gladly accept items for exchange or return with full credit within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Please review the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • The packing slip or a copy of the transaction must be included with your return.

  • Custom orders and Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • PetsDaraz reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers must return products using a traceable shipping service such as TCS. Please keep your return tracking number until your refund is processed.

Return shipping charges and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an incorrect item was delivered.

Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to bounced or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address details or unavailability at delivery time.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive confirmation via email once your refund has been processed. Please note that banks may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Shipping Charges Refund

Shipping charges will only be refunded if PetsDaraz has sent an incorrect item.

Price Adjustment

If a product purchased at full price is marked down within 7 days of receiving your order, price adjustment requests with valid proof of purchase will be honored.
